Battery polarity. Some JST batteries are wired the opposite way round. A reversed battery will damage the board. Check the red and black wires against the board's markings before the first connection.
Safari, Firefox and iPhone / iPad browsers don't support Web Bluetooth. Use Chrome or Edge on a computer or Android device for PiEEG Cloud.
