Frequently Asked Questions

The device is not visible

This is usually a power supply problem.

  • Use a USB-to-USB cable (USB on one end, USB on the other). This is the most reliable option.
  • To connect to a battery, you can use a USB to USB-C adapter on the other end.
  • Open the case from the box and check whether an LED lights up inside when you connect power. If no LED comes on, check your cable.

See Required Equipment (opens in a new tab) for the recommended power setup.

The silicone mask fell off

Use your headset's original mask together with our silicone insert, and adjust it manually until it sits firmly in place with no gaps or bending.

I can't connect to the data

This is usually a BLE issue — the fix is to update the microcontroller firmware.

See Service → Update Framework (opens in a new tab) for step-by-step instructions.

The data is too noisy

Poor contact or environmental noise is the most common cause.

See Poor Signal / Noise and the Noise Elimination Guide (opens in a new tab).
